With so many options and so much information available, it is often difficult to find the college that is right for you. Below is a list of the requirements and suggestions for undergraduate admission. We take many things into consideration when reviewing applications in order to best understand you as a prospective student and how you will benefit from an Anna Maria education.

1. Academic Record: The high school transcript is the most important document in the application process. This record is a snapshot of a student's academic performance over the past three and a half years.
2. Standardized Test Scores: All students are required to submit the results of either the SAT I or ACT tests. When taking the tests, please be sure to indicate Anna Maria College as one of the schools to which you would like your scores sent. Our CEEB code is 3005.
3. Completed Application and Associated Fee: All students must submit an Anna Maria College application accompanied by a non-refundable $40 application fee.  This fee is waived when applying online.
   You can apply online or download the form and mail it to the Admissions Office.

In addition to acceptance to Anna Maria College, Music and Art students must be accepted into their chosen program by completing a music audition or art portfolio review. Admission to Anna Maria College is based on a rolling admission cycle. This means that the Office of Admission accepts applications all year long. There are no deadlines for admission*. Students applying for the Spring semester should submit their application by December 15. Within 2 weeks of receipt of the completed application form along with supporting documents, an admission decision will be made.

Financial Aid: Candidates who wish to be considered for financial aid must complete the FAFSA (Free Application for Student Aid) by February 1 in order to meet our March 1 priority deadline. Students applying for the spring semester should complete the FAFSA by December 1.

*Priority in financial aid is given to those students whose college applications are completed and submitted by March 1 and have submitted the FAFSA.

• 4 units in English
• 3 units in Mathematics
• 2 units in Social Science
• 2 units in Foreign Language
• 1 unit in Laboratory Science

AMC students having no formal coursework to present for transfer may accelerate their individual programs by receiving advanced standing. The College provides several means by which students can accomplish this.

• AMC Placement Testing: students may be eligible to take proficiency exams prepared by Anna Maria College academic departments to gain credit.
• CLEP (College Level Examination Program): CLEP is a national standardized system for providing students with college credit.
• Advanced Placement Tests: high school graduates with Advanced Placement Examination scores of three or higher should submit their score report for college credit.
