Director of Annual Giving

Under the direction of the Director of Advancement, the Director of Annual Giving is responsible for all Annual Fund activities including the development and implementation of a comprehensive annual giving plan and managing an aggressive, results-oriented annual fund program including telemarketing, direct mail solicitation, and individual leadership giving.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: implementing a plan to increase unrestricted contributions using gift clubs, reunions, class agents and other recognition programs, working with and managing mail vendor(s) to execute the annual mail plan, overseeing an effective tracking system for all annual appeal responses including sources of acquisition, assisting the Director of Institutional Advancement in analyzing data and setting annual goals, face-to-face solicitation of annual and major gifts, developing and implementing young alumni and parent programs, maintaining a portfolio of prospective donors with an aggressive schedule of donor visits which includes extensive local and regional travel, and participating in departmental projects.

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree, excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communications skills, ability to fully engage constituents and active alumni base to achieve the College's strategic goals for growth of philanthropy, 3-5 years of experience in higher education fundraising preferred, strong computer aptitude with experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and fundraising software, local and regional travelling required,

Part Time Assistant Volleyball Coach

Anna Maria College invites applications for the position of Assistant Volleyball Coach. This is a part time position. Responsibilities include; assisting the head coach in the planning and operation of the volleyball program, assisting with practice and game preparation as assigned, evaluating player performances and making recommendations as needed.

A large portion of time will be devoted to identifying new student-athletes for Anna Maria College through the recruiting process as assigned by the head coach.

Part Time Head Men's and Women's Cross-Country Coach


Anna Maria College invites applications for the position of Head Men’s and Women’s Cross-Country Coach. This is a part time position. Responsibilities include recruiting quality student-athletes for the Anna Maria College NCAA Division III cross-country team, conditioning, conducting all practices, coaching track meets, team fundraising and complying with all NCAA Division III Conference and Institutional rules and regulations.

Director of Fire Science (Tenure Track)

Anna Maria College, a premier Catholic institution located in Central Massachusetts, invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track Fire Science Director in a robust undergraduate Fire Science Program that offers a FESHE- compliant curriculum to traditional on-ground students and to continuing education and graduate students online.

Responsibilities: Overseeing all aspects of the Fire Science Program, assisting with the recruitment of new students, advising students, recommending and developing curriculum, maintaining a minimum teaching load of two courses per semester, participating on various College committees, and representing the College at various seminars and conferences pertaining to emergency services.

Qualifications: Ph.D. in a field closely related to Fire Science, Public Safety, Public Administration, or Emergency Management.  Preferred experience includes teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels both on-ground and online, curriculum development, and student assessment.  Candidates will also demonstrate a willingness to engage in student recruitment and retention and support the development of programs and initiatives in an adaptable and collegial manner.  Candidates faculty responsibilities include teaching, advising, scholarship, and service to the College and the wider community.
