B.A. in Catholic Studies

The program is centered on Christ who radically affects every aspect of human life and history in individual and communal frameworks. Since Catholicism is about community, professors and students plan sessions that focus on liturgical celebrations, service to the poor and marginalized and intellectual or cultural events.

The program in Catholic Studies is jointly offered through the Division of Continuing Education and the full-time undergraduate division of the College. Students who enroll through the Division of Continuing Education must be able to enroll in classes offered on both the day and evening schedules.

Many adult learners enter the program with ministerial experience and specialized training. Up to 9 ministerial experience credits may be earned, one per year of full-time ministry as certified by a Director of a Diocesan Office and as approved by the Program Director.
