The Master of Arts program in Counseling Psychology at Anna Maria College is designed to prepare students for professions in a variety of mental health agencies. The program is not intended for students interested in counseling in school settings, nor does it lead to licensure at this time. |
Master of Arts
To earn a master's degree, students must complete eight required courses, one of which must be a practicum, four electives from the education or psychology offerings, and a written comprehensive examination. The required course selections fall in the areas of:
