The May Plus Semester at Anna Maria College is a two-week program that offers a selection of interdisciplinary courses ideal for meeting General Education requirements and is available to students at any higher education institution who have already completed at least one year’s worth of college credits. Most May Plus courses are team-taught and are specially designed to:
satisfy General Education requirements for students from any major
expand hands-on experience beyond the internship model
employ non-traditional, active learning methods (e.g. field trips)
engage students in service-learning
