“I am very pleased that David has decided to join the Anna Maria College community as our new Dean of the School of Business,” shares Jack P. Calareso, Ph.D., President of AMC. “He brings such a wealth of knowledge, experience and business savvy to the position that I know our students will benefit greatly from his leadership. I have also had the pleasure of working with David over the past two years as he has served on the College’s Board of Trustees. I have come to admire his passion for the AMC mission and values, his strong work ethic and professional judgment and his spirit of innovation and creativity. I have no doubt that he will assist the College in opening up new opportunities for its business students and the campus as a whole,” he adds. “While he will be missed on the Board of Trustees, the entire college community and especially our students will benefit greatly from his leadership as the Dean.”
“The business faculty at AMC is excited about the energy and creative ideas that Mr. Forsberg will bring to his new position,” comments Billye W. Auclair, Ph.D., Vice President for Academic Affairs. “We welcome him to our community of scholars and learners with open arms.”
“When President Calareso asked me to join the Board of Anna Maria College, I did not know what to expect. I quickly fell in love with the College and its emphasis on community service and social justice. I am excited about this opportunity to serve in a new capacity. The School of Business has unlimited potential. It is poised to grow enrollment, expand curriculum and equip our students with the skills to succeed in business and community service,” shares Mr. Forsberg.
