Since being named the AMC Head Baseball Coach in 2007, and inheriting an 0-28 club, Dave McNamara has transformed the AMCATS into a Conference Championship contender through his hard work and dedication to the program. The baseball team has improved their conference record every year under Coach McNamara and has broken nearly every record in program history. The AMCATS won a school-record 21 games in 2010, and earned the program’s first trip to the ECAC Championship Tournament after advancing to the third round of TCCC Conference Tournament.
McNamara is a 2004 graduate of Clark University, where he was an Academic-All American and Captain of the Baseball and Basketball teams, after graduating from Worcester Academy (2000) and Holy Name High School (1999).
