Master of Science in Criminal Justice
The Master of Science in Criminal Justiceprogram is designed to prepare professionals in criminal justice to take on leadership roles. Recognizing the challenges and demands on professionals in dealing with a diverse society, Anna Maria’s curriculum has been designed to engage students in the exploration of the relationship between theory and practice. Our students explore the complexities of searching for answers to crime problems in an area closely tied to social, political and economic factors. Students study both ethics and theory throughout the curriculum, integrating the two as they inform policy and decision making. The Master of Science in Criminal Justice program is approved by the Massachusetts Board of Higher Education for participation in the Police Career Incentive Pay Program
