AMC's Summer Art/Music Institute

Registrations are now being accepted for Anna Maria College's Summer Art/Music Institute, a three-week series of intensive week-long courses being offered for credit or for professional development points. The courses run from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily at the College’s Paxton Campus.
The Art Institute is offering three sessions:
Session I runs from July 13 -17 and offers courses in Hidden Symbols in Art, Creative Photo Techniques, Oil Painting: The Portrait, and Sculpture both intro and advanced.

Session II runs from July 20-24 and offers courses in Bookmaking, Watercolor: The Landscape, Printmaking: Intaglio Relief, Techniques in Stained Glass and Exploring Art History.
Session III runs from July 27 - 31 and offers courses in Mixed Media Collage, Ceramics, both intro and advanced, and Advanced Problems in Drawing and Illustration.
The Music Institute will offer Music Imagery as Psychotherapy from June 15 – 20 and Music Imagery/Wellness from July 27 – 30.
Also, in cooperation with the Worcester Public Schools, AMC will offer The Worcester Orff Institute Levels I and II, June 30 through July 10 from 8:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. at the Norrback Avenue School, 44 Malden Street, Worcester. All courses are offered at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.
