Anna Maria College announces that its Division for Visual and Performing Arts will be hosting an international exchange group from Seoul, South Korea. Six students from South Korea who are enrolled in a graduate Music and Imagery Certificate Program at AMC and two faculty members from Ewha Woman’s University will be on the College’s Paxton campus from July 26 – August 2 as part of the exchange program. In addition, a Cross-cultural Music Therapy Conference: Ewha and Anna Maria Hand in Hand will be held on July 31-Aug 1 and will include the South Korean exchange students, AMC students, and area music therapy alumni/clinicians. Tomoka Sakai, AMC alum/music therapist at UMASS Memorial Hospice, is coordinating the conference with Lisa Summer, Director of Music Therapy at AMC.
