A recent issue of The Chronicle of Higher Education included several interesting articles about liberal education. One of the most interesting was entitled, “The Liberal Arts Are Not for Elitists” and was authored by Martha Nussbaum. Dr. Nussbaum is one of the most influential leaders in higher education, a prolific author and a brilliant teacher.
