Anna Maria College announces that students from both its continuing education and traditional undergraduate programs will be planting 15 trees for local families in Brimfield and Sturbridge, MA on Saturday, May 5, 2012.  As part of a Capstone Class Project that began last summer, several AMC Continuing Education Students reached out to victims of the June 2011 Tornado that devastated parts of these communities.  The group worked with the Friendship Baptist Church in Brimfield to identify families who would benefit from receiving a tree.  The staging area to begin the tree planting project will be at 340 Sturbridge Road in Brimfield, MA.
