Web Email: Email is available off campus by clicking on this
link and entering your username and password.
Your username is amcemp\USERNAME and your password is the same as it is to log into your computer in the morning.
**Please note, that if you change one of these passwords it will change the other**

Email Account: All Anna Maria employees have an email account. Please read and fill out the Application For Computer User Accounts form and return it to ITS. Full-time employees will be able to read their email using Microsoft Outlook from their desktops. All others can access their email using Web-Mail on the Anna Maria web page. All employees may access their email from anywhere using Outlook Web Client.
Student Labs: Adjunct Faculty and other part-time employees needing to use campus computers are invited to sign up for a student login in which they may use any of the student lab computers.
Laptops/Projectors: Projectors and laptops (to use with projectors) are available in the Library (contact Ruth Pyne:
pyne@annamaria.edu) or in Miriam Hall (contact Amanda Elinoff:
aelinoff@annamaria.edu).
SMART Boards/Mounted Projectors: There are 12 SMART Boards, 3 mounted projectors, and 1 multimedia cart located around campus.
Angel: Angel is the online course management tool.
Administrative Computer Access: Access to the administrative database is limited to those staff assigned to enter/access data, and faculty who will be involved with student advising. Access to the administrative computer is granted only after the completion of FERPA training. FERPA Training Kits are available in the HR office. All faculty may view their course schedules and class rosters online.
