Director of Enrollment Marketing and Communications
Summary of responsibilities:
The Director of Enrollment Marketing and Communications, reporting to the Dean of Admission and Financial Aid, has primary responsibility for the development and execution of a marketing plan that would position Anna Maria College as a premier New England Catholic college. There will be specific focus on the implementation of marketing strategies and initiatives directed toward the achievement of enrollment goals and objectives. Of critical importance is working collaboratively with the Director of Public Relations in the management of the institutional brand. The Director will work with all stakeholders including senior staff, administrators, faculty, and staff in providing collaborative support for all efforts related to the positioning and promotion of AMC to internal and external constituencies.
Such support may include, but not be limited to:
➢ Managing www.annamaria.edu , with IT, to assure that the site provides accurate and fresh information about the College that would be of interest to prospective students, alumni, interested outside individuals, current faculty, staff and students. Assure that the site is attractive, contemporary, interactive, easily navigable and refreshed regularly.
➢ Directing all recruitment related advertising initiatives, both print and on-line.
➢ Oversight of the development of print and electronic marketing communications materials, for both undergraduate and graduate recruitment.
➢ Managing all social media including video, photography, student blogs, Facebook, Instagram and other emerging technologies in ways that engage our various target groups.
➢ Conducting proactive public and media relations by actively seeking faculty and student stories of interest and accomplishments for promotion in both traditional and new media venues.
➢ Exploring and recommending the use of new technologies for the marketing of AMC.
➢ Working with students to engage them in the use of social media platforms.
➢ Review all posters, programs, and other printed and electronic materials for the assurance of accuracy and brand consistency.
➢ Serve as the College photographer when necessary.
➢ Assist all AMC departments in the production of recruitment related collateral materials as appropriate.
➢ Maintain relations with outside marketing and print vendors.
➢ Collaborate, as appropriate, with Athletics and the sports information director.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor Degree and three years of marketing related experience. The ideal candidate will have strong writing and graphic design skills; a background in web design and development; be current in the use of social media as a marketing strategy; be knowledgeable about principles related to enrollment management including best practices in enrollment communications; and be able to work effectively with others and as part of a team.

Part-Time Bus Drivers
Anna Maria College invites applications for part-time bus drivers needed for the Fall, Winter and Spring seasons (no summers). Responsibilities include driving students and staff using the College bus to and from away games for the Athletics Department of Anna Maria College. A valid CDL Driver's license with a Bus Passenger Certificate is mandatory. A good driving record and reliability are also required.
