Baccalaureate Mass
10:30 – 11:30 a.m. on the St. Anne’s Lawn (outdoor tent)
No tickets required – seating is first come, first served.
Academic attire (cap, gown and hood) will not be worn for the Mass.

 

Luncheon
11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
For students and guests – stay tuned for details.

 

Student Robing & Hooding / Line-Up 
12:30 – 1:30 p.m. in the Fuller Activities Center

 

Graduating students must arrive no later than 12:30 p.m!
Faculty will be present to congratulate you and place your hood around your shoulders as you gather for line-up.  Staff will assist to make sure that you are lined up correctly.

 

Commencement
1:30 - 3:30 p.m. on the St. Anne’s Lawn (outdoor tent)

 

No tickets required
Guest seating is first come, first served. Please note that handicap seating will be available but may be limited.

There will be a live stream of the Commencement Ceremony at 1:30 p.m.  The link to access the live feed will be available from our homepage, https://www.annamaria.edu.

 

Final Toast
Immediately following Commencement.
All students and guests are invited to join us as we toast the Class of 2020!

 

Cap & Gown Information
If you are attending Commencement, academic attire (cap, gown and hood) is required. Full-time Bachelor Students, your cap, hood & gown will be mailed to your home address in June/July once staff return to the campus.

 

Master, Continuing Education, CAGS and Online Students, your deadline has been extended to May 1st – order online at our vendor’s website:  https://buildagrad.com/annamaria.   You will receive your academic attire at the address listed on your order form by mail.  If you have questions about your order, please email Build a Grad at  This email address is being protected from spambots. International Guests
If you have International guests attending Commencement who require a letter of certification for their visa application, please complete the Request for Graduation Letter for International Guests and email it to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. You will then receive a confirmation of your graduation to provide to your guests for their visa application.

 

Commencement Press Release Form
If you would like the College to inform your local newspaper of your graduation, please complete the Commencement Press Release Form.

 

Professional Photos
Grad Images will be taking professional photos at Commencement. All graduating students will receive a letter in the mail before graduation, containing a unique ID # to use when ordering photos. If you do not receive your unique ID # by August 1st, please call the photographer at 1-800-845-3686. To access the professional photos taken at Commencement, please visit www.gradimages.com.

 

Flowers
Flowers will be available on campus for sale on the day of Commencement.

Financial Aid
All Federal Student Loan borrowers are required to complete an Exit Counseling session at the time of Graduation.
