Victims and victim-families require advocates and service providers that can assist them in understanding their rights, informing them through the various processes and resources available, and developing programs and policies in response. This certificate is ideal for the individual who wishes to expand upon their current knowledge of criminal justice, criminology, or law to focus more so on effective ways to support victims and victim-focused organizations or departments.
